Në mbështetje të neneve 16 dhe 28 të ligjit nr.7491, datë 29.4.1991 “Për dispozitat kryesore
kushtetuese”,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Miratohet pa ndryshime dekreti nr.1071, datë 20.4.1995 “Për disa ndryshime në dekretin
nr.295, datë 15.9.1992 “Për sigurimin e detyrueshëm të mbajtësve të mjeteve motorike për
përgjegjësinë ndaj palëve të treta”, miratuar me disa ndryshime me ligjin nr.7641, datë 1.12.1992".
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi menjëherë.
