PËR MIRATIMIN ME NJË NDRYSHIM TË DEKRETIT NR.1291, DATË 20.11.1995 “PËR
FALJEN E PIANOVE KOMPOZITORËVE, KRITIKËVE, STUDIUESVE DHE
INTERPRETUESVE TË MUZIKËS”
Në mbështetje të neneve 16 dhe 28, të ligjit nr.7491, datë 29.4. 1995 “Për dispozitat kryesore
kushtetuese”,
KUVENDI POPULLOR
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Miratohet dekreti nr.1291, datë 20.11.1995 “Për faljen e pianove kompozitorëve, kritikëve,
studiuesve dhe interpretuesve të muzikës” me ndryshimin që vijon:
- Në vend të fjalës “faljen” në titullin e dekretit vihet fjala “dhurimin” ; në vend të fjalës
“falen” në rreshtin e parë të nenit 1 vihet fjala “dhurohen”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
