Të miratojë dekretin nr.1500, datë 26.5.1996 “Për një ndryshim në ligjin nr.7556, datë
4.2.1992 “Për zgjedhet e Kuvendit Popullor të Republikës së Shqipërisë”, ndryshuar me ligjin nr.8055,
datë 1.2.1996.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi menjëherë.
