VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Ratifikimin e kontratës financiare ndërmjet Republikës së Shqip ërisë dhe Bankës Europiane të
Investimeve për projektin e nënstacionin 220 KV të Vlorës dhe linjës përkatëse 220 KV Vlorë-Fier.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi menjëherë.
