PËR MOSMIRATIMIN E DEKRETIT NR.204, DATË 5.6.1992 "PËR PASURITË E
SINDIKATAVE"
Në mbështetje të neneve 16 dhe 28 të ligjit nr.7491, datë 29.4.1991 "Për dispozitat kryesore
kushtetuese", duke konstatuar se dekreti nr.204, datë 5.6.1992 "Për pasurinë e sindikatave" nuk është i
kundërfirmuar nga Kryetari i Këshillit të Ministrave, detyrim kushtetues ky i parashikuar nga neni 29 i
ligjit nr.7491, datë 29.4.1991 "Për dispozitat kryesore kushtetuese"
KUVENDI POPULLOR
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Nuk miratohet dekreti nr.204, datë 5.6.1992 "Për pasurinë e sindikatave".
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi menjëherë.
Shpallur me dekretin nr.2089, datë 12.5.1998 të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë, Rexhep
