PËR RATIFIKIMIN E "KARTËS SË ORGANIZATËS TË BASHKËPUNIMIT EKONOMIK
TË DETIT TË ZI"
Në mbështetje të nenit 16 të ligjit nr. 7491, datë 29.4.1991 “Për dispozitat kryesore
kushtetuese” dhe të nenit 17 të ligjit nr.8371, datë 9.7.1998 "Për lidhjen e traktateve dhe të
marrëveshjeve ndërkombëtare", me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI POPULLOR
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet "Karta e Organizatës së Bashkëpunimit Ekonomik të Detit të Zi".
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi menjëherë.
