I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet Kushtetuta dhe Konventa e Bashkimit Ndërkombëtar të Telekomunikacioneve,
ITU (Gjenevë, 1992).
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
