PËR AKCIZAT NË REPUBLIKËN E SHQIPËRISË

Në mbështetje të neneve 81, 83 pika 1 dhe 155 të Kushtetutës së Republikës së Shqipërisë, me

propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,

KUVENDI

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË

VENDOSI:

Neni 1

Akcizat janë tatime për një numër të kufizuar mallrash për konsum masiv, të brendshëm,

pavarësisht nëse prodhohen brënda vendit apo importohen.

Neni 2

Personat juridikë a fizikë, vendas dhe të huaj, që i nënshtrohen këtij tatimi, janë prodhuesit

dhe importuesit e mallrave të tatueshme me akcizë.

Neni 3

Mallrat që tatohen me akcizë, përqindjet e akcizës dhe vlera e akcizës për një pullë janë si

vijon:
