Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 81 dhe 83 pika 1 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit
të Ministrave,

VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Në ligjin nr.8306, datë 14.3.1998 “Për strategjinë e privatizimit të sektorëve me rëndësi
të veçantë”, në nenin 11, fjalët “prej 6 muajsh” zëvendësohen me fjalët “prej 3 muajsh”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
