I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Neni 2 i ligjit nr.8445, datë 21.1.1999 “Për një ndryshim në ligjin nr.7928, datë 27.4.1995
“Për tatimin mbi vlerën e shtuar”” ndryshohet si vijon:
“Ngarkohet Ministria e Financave për prodhimin e “Faturës tatimore”, sipas këtij ligji.”
Neni 2
Përdorimi i faturave tatimore fillon më 1 tetor 1999.
Neni 3
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
