Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83 pika 1 dhe 155 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Në ligjin nr.8 435, datë 28.12.1998 “Për sistemin e taksave në Republikën e Shqipërisë”,
ndryshuar me ligjet nr.8508, datë 7.7.1999 dhe nr.8519, datë 30.7.1999, në nenin 9 shkronja “A. Për
taksat kombëtare”, në shkronjën “o” paragrafi i dytë, pas fjalëve “Ministria e Rendit Publik” të
shtohen fjalët “Ministria e Drejtësisë”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
