PËR TRAJTIMIN SI TITULL EKZEKUTIV TË FATURËS SË KONSUMIT TË ENERGJISË
ELEKTRIKE
Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83 pika 1 të Kushtetutës, me pro pozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Fatura tatimore e konsumit të energjisë elektrike, sipas modelit të caktuar nga Ministria e
Financave, në zbatim të nenit nr.36 të ligjit nr.7928, datë 27. 4.1995 “Për tatimin mbi vlerën e shtuar”,
është titull ekzekutiv.
Neni 2
Ligji nr.8369, datë 9.7.1998 “Për trajtimin e faturave të konsu mit të energjisë elektrike, në
ngarkim të subjekteve shtetërore (buxhetore dhe jobuxhetore) dhe të subjekteve private si tituj
ekzekutivë” shfuqizohet.
Neni 3
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Shpallur me dekretin nr.2750, datë 22.9.2000 të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë, Rexhep
Meidani.
