Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83 pika 1 të Kushtetutës, me pro pozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Në nenin 3 pika 6 të ligjit nr.7710, datë 18.5.1993, pas fjalëv e “… ose punojnë jashtë shtetit,”
shtohen fjalët “me përjashtim të përfitimeve, në zbatim të ligjit nr.7889, datë 14.12.1994 “Për statusin
e invalidit””.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
