Neni 1
Në ligjin nr.8081, datë 7.3.1996 “Për veprimtaritë e sigurimit dhe të risigurimit”, ndryshuar
me ligjin nr.8458, datë 11.2.1999 dhe me ligjin nr.8606, datë 27.4.2000, neni 15 shfuqizohet.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
