Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83 pika 1 të Kushtetutës, me pro pozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,

VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Në nenin 1 të ligjit nr.8862, datë 18.9.2000 “Për trajtimin si titull ekzekutiv të faturës së
konsumit të energjisë elektrike”, pas fjalëve “është titull ekzekutiv” shtohen fjalët “dhe ngarkohen
zyrat e përmbarimit me ekzekutimin e tyre.”
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
