Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83 pika 1 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,

VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Në krerët 27131100 dhe 27131200 të ligjit nr.8474, datë 14.4.19 99 “Për miratimin e
nomenklaturës dhe të tarifës doganore”, ndryshuar me ligjet nr. 8558, datë 22.12.1999 dhe nr.8712,
datë 15.2.2000, tarifa doganore prej 15 për qind ndryshohet dhe zëvendësohet me tarifën 2 për qind.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Shpallur me dekretin nr. 3049, datë 5.6.2001 të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë, Rexhep
