VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet “Marrëveshja No.ABA-R1-2-D për shtyrjen e borxheve që rrjedhin nga marrëveshja e huasë No.ABA-P1 e datës 28 nëntor 1995 ndërmjet Koorporatës Elektroenergjetike Shqiptare dhe Bankës Japoneze për Bashkëpunim Ndërkombëtar”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
