PËR ADERIMIN E REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË NË “PROTOKOLLIN PËR SHTYPJEN E VEPRIMEVE TË PALIGJSHME NË AEROPORTET, QË I SHËRBEJNË AVIACIONIT CIVIL NDËRKOMBËTAR”, SHTESË E “KONVENTËS PËR SHTYPJEN E VEPRIMEVE TË PALIGJSHME KUNDËR SIGURISË SË AVIACIONIT CIVIL”
Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 81 pika 1, 83 pika 1 dhe 121 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Republika e Shqipërisë aderon në “Protokollin për shtypjen e veprimeve të paligjshme në aeroportet që i shërbejnë aviacionit civil ndërkombëtar” të 24 shkurtit 1988, shtesë e “Konventës për shtypjen e veprimeve të paligjshme kundër sigurisë së aviacionit civil”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Shpallur me dekretin nr.3170, datë 10.12.2001 të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë, Rexhep Meidani
