Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 81 pika 1, 83 pika 1 dhe 155 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,

Në ligjin nr.8560, datë 22.12.1999 "Për procedurat tatimore në Republikën e Shqipërisë", ndryshuar me ligjin nr. 8710, datë 15.12.2000, bëhen këto shtesa dhe ndryshime:
