Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 81 pika 1 dhe 83 pika 1 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit
të Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Në ligjin nr.8720, datë 26.12.2000 "Për krijimin e Policisë Financiare", ndryshuar me aktin
normativ nr.2, datë 27.4.2001, miratuar me ligjin nr.8796, datë 14.5.2001, bëhet ky ndryshim:
Neni 1
Neni 15 ndryshohet si më poshtë:
"Neni 15
Veprimtaria e Policisë Financiare fillon më 1 janar 2003.".
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare
.
