Në paragrafin e dytë të nenit 10 të ligjit nr.770 3, datë 11.5.1993 “Për sigurimet shoqërore në
Republikën e Shqipërisë”, ndryshuar me ligjet nr.7932, datë 17.5.1995, nr.8286, datë 16.2.1998,
nr.8392, datë 2.9.1998, nr.8575, datë 3.2.2000 dhe nr.8776, datë 26.4.2001, bëhet ky ndryshim:
Shifra “3” bëhet “5”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
