PËR RATIFIKIMIN E “KONTRATËS FINANCIARE NDËRMJET REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË DHE BANKËS EUROPIANE TË INVESTIMEVE PËR PROJEKTIN E RRUGËVE EUROPIANE - SHQIPËRIA”
Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 81 pika 1, 83 pika 1 dhe 121 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet “Kontrata financiare për shumën 34 000 000 (tridhjetekatër milionë) euro ndërmjet Republikës së Shqipërisë dhe Bankës Europiane të Investimeve për projektin e rrugëve europiane - Shqipëria”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
