Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 81 pika 1 dhe 83 pika 2 Kushtetutës , me propozimin e një grupi
deputetësh,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Në ligjin nr.8334, datë 23.4.1998 “Për privatizimin e shoqërive tregtare që veprojnë në
sektorët jostrategjikë”, fjalët “Ministria e Ekonomisë Publike dhe Privatizimit” zëvendësohen me fjalët
“Ministria e Ekonomisë”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare dhe i shtrin efektet që prej datës
22.2.2002.
Shpallur me dekretin nr.3319, datë 30.4.2002 të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë, Rexhep
