jus.al in your AI assistant

Connect ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant to jus.al. It searches over 47,000 acts and 31,000 court decisions, reads consolidated articles, amendments and decisions, and gives you the jus.al link for every act it cites.

What you need

A jus.al account on the Profesional or Studio plan, the 7-day free trial included. See pricing.
An assistant that accepts MCP connectors, on a plan of theirs that allows them.

The easiest way: a personal link

No Google sign-in inside the assistant and no OAuth: make an address just for you and paste it into the assistant.

Open Profile → Personal link, enter a name (for example ChatGPT) and press Create link.
Copy the address it shows. It is shown only once.
In the assistant, create the connector as below, but paste this address instead of https://jus.al/mcp. In ChatGPT, for Authentication choose No authentication. In Claude, leave the OAuth fields under Advanced settings empty. No jus.al sign-in page opens.

Anyone who has the personal address reads jus.al in your name, within your plan's limits. Do not share it. If it gets out, press Disconnect under Profile: it stops working at once.

Claude

On claude.ai or in the Claude app.

Open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
Name: jus.al. Address (Remote MCP server URL): https://jus.al/mcp. Press Add.
Press Connect. A jus.al page opens: sign in with Google using the account that has your plan, and press Allow.
In a new chat, turn on jus.al in the tools menu (+) and ask away.

On Team and Enterprise plans, an organization owner adds the connector first.

ChatGPT

Open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.
In Apps & Connectors press Create. Name: jus.al. Address (MCP server URL): https://jus.al/mcp. Authentication: OAuth. Press Create.
A jus.al page opens: sign in with Google using the account that has your plan, and press Allow.
In every new chat, press + next to the message box, open More and pick jus.al. ChatGPT does not turn it on by itself: without this step it does not use jus.al.
Name it in your question, for example: „Përdor jus.al: çfarë thotë Kodi i Punës për pushimin vjetor, sipas tekstit në fuqi?” If it answers from the web, write “use only jus.al” or turn off Search in the + menu.

To tell it is being used: while it answers you see jus.al calls (search, get_act …), and the answer cites jus.al links. On Business and Enterprise plans, you may need your workspace admin to allow it.

Other assistants

Any assistant that connects to remote MCP servers (Streamable HTTP with OAuth), such as Claude Code, Cursor or VS Code, uses the same address. The jus.al sign-in opens by itself the first time. In Claude Code:

Then type /mcp to sign in.

Questions work best in Albanian, with the terms the acts use. The assistant can search, open an act, read consolidated articles (also as in force on a date), find amendments, and read court decisions and existing English translations.

Limits and privacy

Up to 30 requests a minute and 1,000 a day per account.
You can disconnect an assistant at any time in Profile → Connected assistants.
